interactive systems, has been named a Rising Star on Deloitte's 2007 Technology Fast
500. A special category, the Rising Star list ranks 20 companies that have been in
business a minimum of three years, but less than five years. They are ranked based
on percentage of fiscal year revenue growth over three years (2004 to 2006).
Deloitte's Technology Fast 500 is a ranking of the 500 fastest growing technology,
media, telecommunications and life sciences companies in North America.

Rising Star Qualifications

To qualify as a Fast 500 Rising Star, entrants must have had 2004 operating revenues
of at least $50,000 USD or $75,000 CD, for the United States and Canada,
respectively, and 2006 operating revenues of at least $5 million USD or CD.

Entrants must be headquartered in North America, and own proprietary technology or
proprietary intellectual property that contributes to a significant portion of the
company\'s operating revenues, or devote a significant proportion of revenues to the
research and development of technology. Using other companies' technology or
intellectual property in a unique way does not qualify.
